Some common question and answers
Do you have API access or Webhooks?
We don't have an API, but we do have Webhooks. So you can send your mentions to most other apps (e.g., email, CRM, sheets...)
Our webhooks are also directly compatible with Discord.
You can also use any of the popular automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make to send your notifications to your app of choice.
Do you have multi-language support?
Our app itself is in English, but you can search for any word in any language (except for Twitter - there we only get English results). Just make sure you don't have "EN only" selected in your feed so that other language posts are not hidden.
How can I reach support?
You can use the in-app chat box or you can write an email to hi@octolens.com we will get back to you ASAP.
Note: We are a two person team based in Europe, so if there is a little lag, it's probably the time difference - but otherwise we try to get back within the hour.

What platforms do you track?
Here are all the platforms we track, depending on your plan you will have access to all or a subset of these.
Do you have a slack integration?
Yes! You can get all your notifications for new mentions with your keywords in Slack. Here is how you set up Slack.
You can decide which relevance levels we should include. For example, you can get notified for only posts our AI deems as High relevance (e.g. with buy-intent, great engagement opportunities, customer complaints or praise).
Can I invite teammates on Octolens
Yes! You can add teammates in all of our Octolens plans. All you need to do is head to settings - members - and then add their email.
They will then be able to enter your workspace and collaborate.
Do you have a mobile app planned?
Not yet! If we get enough requests we may make this happen though, so let us know!
How high is the accuracy of Octolens?
It depends on the platform. For Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube and a few others, we get almost 100% of all keyword mentions. For the other platforms, we see the mentions like a logged out user searching on Google. Therefore, it is possible that we do not recognize every mention.
