Do you have a public roadmap?

Do you have multi-language support?

Our app itself is in English, but you can search for any word in any language. Just make sure you don't have "EN only" selected in your feed so that other language posts are not hidden.

How can I reach support?

You can use the in-app chat box or you can write an email to [e-mail] we will get back to you ASAP.

Note: We are a two person team based in Europe, so if there is a little lag, it's probably the time difference - but otherwise we try to get back within the hour.

Do you have an affiliate program?

What platforms do you track?

Here are all the platforms we track, depending on your plan you will have access to all or a subset of these.

Do you have a slack integration?

Yes! In our Start up and Scaleup plan you have access to Slack. Here is how you set up Slack.

Can I buy additional mentions?

You can buy an additional 1000 mentions for 5$/month. We will add this to your account a monthly recurring basis until you choose to cancel. Just go to your plans & billing page in settings.

You can also upgrade your plan if you need significantly more mentions.

Do you have a mobile app planned?

Not yet! We try to be mobile responsive, but it has not been added to the roadmap just yet. You can add it in and vote for the feature, if we get enough requests we may make this happen :)

How high is the accuracy of Octolens?

It depends on the platform. For Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube and a few others, we get almost 100% of all keyword mentions. For the other platforms, we see the mentions like a logged out user searching on Google. Therefore, it is possible that we do not recognize every mention.

Will I be able to cancel my subscription

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
