📬Setting up notifications

Get notifications straight to your email inbox or slack

Besides in our app feed, you can get notifications for new mentions in Email and/or Slack. By default you will get daily email notifications.

Email notifications

• Go to "notifications" in the sidebar & select Email at the top

• To turn notifications on or off, use the toggle

• Choose email recipients.

• Choose email frequency

  • Hourly: available for the Start up plan

  • Daily: available for all plans

  • Weekly: available for all plans

• For daily and weekly, choose what time you'd like to receive your email.

• Choose whether you want emails for all new posts or only high relevance posts

• Choose which keywords to be included in your email

• Choose which platforms to be included in your email

Slack notifications

• Go to "notifications" in the sidebar & select Slack at the top

• To turn notifications on or off, use the toggle

• Install the Slack app by giving it permission for your workspace

• Search for the Slack channel you would like to receive notifications in

• Choose frequency

• Choose whether you want emails for all new posts or only high relevance posts
